Dispatch Times

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.
• During peak periods such as Autumn-Winter, End of Financial Year (June/July), and Holiday Seasons (December-January), dispatch may take 5 to 7 business days due to high demand.

Warehouse Closures:
Our warehouses are closed annually from 22nd December to 10th January. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched after reopening. Outside of this period, our team works diligently to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Process

• Once your rug is disptched fom our Sydney warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery online.
• Delivery is provided to ground level only.
• Our trusted delivery partners include Allied Express, Fastway, Couriers Please, and Hunter Express.

Free Shipping

We currently offer Free Shipping Australia-wide as a limited-time promotion (subject to future changes).

Important Notes

1. Street Address Required:

   • We do not deliver to PO Boxes. A valid street address is required for processing.

2. Authority to Leave:

   • All deliveries are contactless. Rugs are left on the premises if deemed safe.
   • Use the tracking link provided to check the delivery day.
   • Please note, once the rug is delivered, we cannot assist with misplaced or stolen items.

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth
  We also deliver to regional areas in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA, and ACT.

Delivery to the postcodes listed below is not covered under free shipping. Freight charges apply and are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and distance. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

• Sydney & NSW: Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within Sydney and 3–7 business days to regional NSW.
• Melbourne & VIC: Similar delivery times apply, with 2–4 business days in Melbourne and 3–7 business days regionally.
• Brisbane & QLD: Expect delivery in 4–6 business days within Brisbane, or up to 7 business days outside metro areas.
• Adelaide & SA: Deliveries take 4–6 business days within Adelaide and up to 7 business days in regional areas.
• Perth & WA: Deliveries average 7–14 business days due to distance, with the fastest available land transport used.
